Since this home was flooded, we automated the water valves, now if the water or irrigation alarm goes off, it automatically shuts the water off in the house. Due to our experience with clients having their properties flooded, we have integrated many water bugs into our projects. For us, alarms are not just about notifying you that someone broke into your window, but also revolve around pipes leaking, smoke detectors, gas leaks, and more. We have had a few properties where the water bug has been triggered, and the valve shut off, this saved the home from major damages.

To operate each space, the homeowner can simply use the ELAN remote controls, in-wall touch panels or the ELAN Mobile App on a smartphone or tablet.
